The electronic translation service on the Toronto District School Board website is hosted by Google Translate, a third party service. The TDSB does not guarantee or warrant the reliability, accuracy or completeness of any translated information.
The quality of the translation will vary in some of the languages offered by Google. Google Translate is a free service and currently offers translation in over 100 languages, but does not capture all languages or dialects.
The basic translation goal is to capture the general intention of the original English material. Before you act on translated information, we encourage you to confirm any facts that are important to you or may affect any decisions you make.

Berner Trail Junior Public School is located on the north side of Berner Trail, just west of Neilson Road. We are part of the larger Malvern community. Berner Trail Jr. P. S. opened its doors in 1973. Our name is derived from C. H. Berner Public School, which dates back to 1872. Berner Trail Junior Public School is committed to meeting the academic, social and emotional needs of our students, in a safe, supportive and caring environment. Our school serves over 350 students from diverse cultural backgrounds. Languages spoken by students in our school include English, English dialect, Tamil, Urdu, Chinese, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Farsi, and Arabic.

Self Discipline It is our goal to teach young people to accept responsibility for their own actions and behaviours, thereby eliminating the need for external controls. Self Esteem All individuals have the right to know that they are both loveable and capable.
